Multi-Modal Interchange: Reimaging Silk Board Junction was a project that aimed to analyze the causes behind the extreme traffic in Bengaluru, India. After identifying the most affected bottlenecks in the road network of the city, this study used sentiment analysis to identify the junction requiring the most urgent attention, Silk Board Junction.
A multi-modal interchange combining various modes of transit including local buses, interstate buses, subway stations, taxis and autorickshaws was conceptualized.
